The Hydration Station is a mobile water trailer which was pioneered by South East Water for the supply of drinking water at community events.
This is a free service which is suitable for a wide range of community events (indoor and outdoor) and is a great way to ensure that patrons are well hydrated and refreshed.
The Hydration Station is delivered, set up and collected by our service representatives and once on site it will be connected to a water main.
If connection to a water main is unavailable and you would like to use an alternative water source such as rainwater or bore water, the water quality will need to be tested by an approved laboratory such as Ecowise. This ensures the water is safe to drink at least no more than 48 hours prior to the connection of the Hydration Station.

If you would like to book a Hydration Station for your event, please follow these two easy steps.
Please note: Organisations must submit their application at least 4 weeks prior to the event taking place.
Upon receipt of your request, your application will be assessed and you will be contacted for further information. Applications will be assessed on a case by case basis and in chronological order. You will be notified of the review outcome within one week of your application being received.
If your booking is accepted, you will be requested to provide the following:
Successful applicants are required to sign a formal agreement, clearly detailing the needs and expectations of both parties. Decisions regarding the Hydration Station will be made at South East Water’s discretion.
