We attribute our track record of achievement to our people, a passionate team who are focused on delivering the very best. In turn, we offer learning and personal and professional growth, through a range of development programs and activities that meet the diverse needs of people across our company. Through these programs we are able to identify and nurture our future leaders. One of these of course, is our Graduate Program, a three year learning journey designed to give you every opportunity to grow and develop to your potential and to kick start your career in the right direction. 

Our programs and opportunities often have a strong focus on innovation, particularly as we have had to focus our attentions on developing solutions that help us to save water and better manage our water needs. We continue to draw heavily on our engineering and scientific streams to drive improvements and have been able to devise new technologies and approaches to help our community embrace other types of water. Furthermore, we support and develop innovation from within the company through our Brain Waves initiative where through  an annual, internal business planning competition, teams are encouraged to foster innovation in all forms from continuous improvement to radical new business opportunities.

We want our people to make a contribution to the communities in which they live and work and we provide hands-on support to social and environmental causes of choice, with all of our employees able to give two days per year to undertake volunteer work.
