Target 155

 Save Water - Target 155

Thompson Dam - Target 155 Campaign

Our dams are still low and we need to save water. We’re asking everyone in Melbourne to use no more than 155 litres of water per day.

The Victorian Government is working to secure Melbourne’s water supplies for the long term, but while this work is underway, we need everyone to save water.

Target 155 aims to achieve similar water consumption levels to Stage 4 Water Restrictions, but gives you more control over how you achieve your savings.

Remember,
Stage 3A water restrictions still apply.

Achieving Target 155

  • Step 1 – Calculate your usage. This will allow you to calculate how much you need to save to achieve Target 155.

  • Step 2 – Review the ways to save indoors and select what you are going to do to achieve Target 155.

  • Step 3 – Identify ways to save outdoors.  Don’t forget stage 3A water restrictions still apply.

  • Step 4 – Start saving today!
