Easypay Card
South East Water has developed an "Easypay" card to help customers budget for their water accounts.
Easypay is a deposit system which uses a credit-card sized payment card. Cards can be used at any Australian Post Office or agency and deposits can be made at any time, starting from a minimum $20.00 payment.
The system gives all users the chance to make a head-start on bills before they come in, with the added bonus of being able to use any one of Australia Post's 450 plus Victorian outlets.
To arrange your Easypay card, call 131 851.

BPay
BPay allows customers to pay over the telephone or Internet using their regular bank account.
To use the system, all you have to do is ensure your bank or financial institution is a registered BPay user, and that you have access to phone or Internet banking. Then either call your bank's hotline, or log into their Internet site, and enter the requested information. You can find our BPay details on your account.
Using BPay ensures your personal banking information remains known only by you and your bank. You do not need a credit card to use the service.
You also have access to Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment via participating banks. Following a simple registration process you can nominate to receive your quarterly water account online (BPay View), rather than mailed. The same payment terms apply, however you'll enjoy the convenience of viewing your bill online at your banking website. Your bank can give you more information on the availability of this service.
For further information about paying your water account via BPay, call 131 851 any time during business hours, or contact your bank direct.
