Moving into a property
When you move into a property for the first time, we will arrange a meter reading to ensure you are not charged for water used by previous tenants.
To ensure this reading is undertaken, please complete the attached form at least 48 hours prior to moving in. The water meter will then be read on an agreed date.
If you do not notify us at least 48 hours prior to moving in you will be held responsible for water usage charges incurred since the last meter reading. These water usage accounts will be sent to you.

Moving out of a property
Complete the moving out application at least 48 hours prior to moving and we will arrange for your water meter to be read to calculate your final account.
