Customers must reside in the South East Water service area to qualify for 12 or 24 months interest free payment plan. Payments plans are via direct debit. This is a commercial service we provide to meet customer demand. We acknowledge that there are many hot water system suppliers and installers available and encourage our customers to compare and choose a provider that best meets their needs. We are confident that will be us. Hot Water: Price includes delivery and installation of Hot Water unit in the existing location using existing valves. The Hot Water unit must be the same type as the old unit (e.g. Gas External Storage to Gas External Storage). Additional charges will apply for changeovers in different locations (e.g. internal to external) or where the unit type being replaced is not the same (e.g. Gas External Storage to Gas Instantaneous). Solar Hot Water: Price is net of all rebates and financial benefits and subject to change. This price is based on STCs price within Zone 4 and Sustainability Victoria Metropolitan Rebate ($1,100 for Vs 160/1HBT-16 and $1,300 for 596270/2s). Includes delivery and installation within 6 metres of current location. Hot Water unit being replaced must be externally located and the same fuel type as the old unit (e.g. Gas External Storage to Gas Solar). Additional charges will apply for changeovers in different locations (e.g. internal to external) or where the fuel type being replaced is not the same (e.g. Electric to Gas Solar). Heat Pump: Price is net of all rebates and financial benefits and subject to change. This price is based on STCs price within Zone 4 and $300 Sustainability Victoria Metropolitan Rebate. Includes delivery and installation of the Heat Pump in the existing location of the Electric Storage unit. Hot Water unit being replaced must be externally located and the same fuel type as the old unit (e.g. Electric External Storage to Heat Pump). Additional charges will apply for changeovers in different locations (e.g. internal to external).
